yo nuca la recomendaria q la usen enteras siempre muenlala en la licuadora mi esposo la tomaba la ponia en sus botellas de agua y derepente se empezó a sentir enfermó y lo llevamos de emergencia y lo operaron del intestino le dijeron q tenia una demilla pegada y ya sele a vía echo infección ya mero se le reventada su intestino grueso y nos dijeron que era la semilla de chia la que le iso tanto daño asta la fecha anda enfermó de eso por favor tomenla pero muenlala super bien entera es muy peligrosa
